Refund Policy

Each portrait is a one-of-one piece, created specifically from the photo you provide. Because of this, we don't offer refunds or exchanges once a portrait has been generated and delivered, except in these cases:

• The file you received is corrupted or fails to download.
• The delivered portrait does not match the style you selected at checkout.
• You did not receive your delivery email within 5 business days of your order.

If any of these apply, contact us at orders@ronyshop.es within 14 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll fix it or issue a refund.

Before placing an order, please double-check your uploaded photo and selected style — once generation begins, it can't be modified or cancelled.
